This role is to ensure that the organization complies with all local government regulations, labor laws, and licenses. The GRO manages the Company’s interactions with government authorities.

· Government Relations Activities: · Issue and follow the licenses requirements for the current and new locations · Strong knowledge (EJAR, Civil Defence, Balady, GOSI, MOI, Riyadh Chamber of Commerce and RHQ authorities). · Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and employment regulations · Representing the company in inspections, and government engagements. · Manage and carry activities of work permits, Iqamas, visas including exit re-entry and expatriate onboarding, including medical tests and government registrations. |
