The Marketing Associate is responsible for supporting and implementing marketing plans aimed at promoting DIOM locations and services and increasing brand awareness; coordinating with external marketing agency ensuring all marketing campaigns are executed as per plan; collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing plans, monitoring and reporting marketing campaigns performance and outcomes.

 

Marketing Campaigns Planning & Coordination

  • Monitor market and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and challenges and make recommendations for marketing campaigns.
  • Plan and develop marketing campaigns based on marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels, such as digital, social media, events, outdoor and conventional media.
  • Analyses market data and consumer insight to identify target audience, positioning, and communication for marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external agencies, and suppliers to ensure timely and effective execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain good working relationships with external marketing partners/agencies to ensure successful delivery of marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and deliver marketing campaigns briefs to the external marketing partners, provide clear direction and monitor performance to ensure adherence to marketing campaigns schedule, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Evaluate external marketing partner/agency proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage agency budgets and payments.
  • Collaborate with external marketing partner/agency to develop and execute marketing plans, campaigns, and creative assets.
  • Measure and submit data-driven recommendations and report to BD Manager related analyzing marketing campaigns outcomes, performance metrics and insights.

 

Brand Development

  • Develop brand identity, positioning, and messaging for the organization and its locations/services through consumer and market research.
  • Develop a research-based brand strategy and execute marketing campaigns aimed at communicating brand message.
  • Ensure consistency and compliance with brand guidelines across all marketing materials, communications, and touchpoints.
  • Ensure availability of print materials like catalogues and other branding materials like giveaways etc. at DIOM locations.
  • Utilize DIOM website for building the brand effectively and creatively.

 

Public Relation:

  • Write press releases, speeches, and other communication materials.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
  • Monitor and manage the company's public image, responding to media inquiries and crisis situations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, social media, etc.) to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Organize and coordinate press conferences, media interviews, and public events.
  • Track and analyze PR campaign effectiveness using key metrics.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and news to proactively manage the company’s reputation.
