Qualifications:

•    Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Architecture), or a related field

Key Responsibilities:

·      Executing the Design concepts, layouts, and business needs based on the timelines for each new project.

·      Source materials and products included in project plans

·      Provide the used materials collection and standard, Furniture & Design Ideas

·      coordinating with various teams, managing schedules, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and providing technical assistance to supplier's team on site .

·      Utilize computer applications in the design process

·      Managing clients requests and documents and developing shop drawings, and bills of quantities necessary for the clients’ modification requests

·      Problem-solving: Identify and resolve technical issues and problems that arise during the project.

·      Review technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly on site.

·      Supervise the project  work packages , contractors , suppliers on site

Preparing necessary presentations and materials for projects meetings
