The Account Manager is the single point of contact (SPOC) for clients after a serviced office agreement is signed. They are responsible for client onboarding, retention, upselling, and cross-selling, ensuring high satisfaction, and driving revenue growth from existing accounts.
Client Relationship Management
· Proactive Engagement: Act as the main point of contact for clients, establishing a relationship from the moment an agreement is signed.
· Seamless Onboarding: Ensure a smooth client transition by coordinating with internal departments (Operations, IT, PMO) to meet all technical and logistical requirements.
· Relationship Building: Maintain regular communication to build trust, assess client satisfaction, and proactively identify new needs or potential issues.
· Renewal & Referral Driver: Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers to encourage contract renewals and generate new business through referrals.
Account Growth & Revenue Maximization
· Opportunity Identification: Actively seek and identify opportunities to upsell additional services (e.g., event management, corporate purchases, technology packages) that align with client business goals.
· Cross-selling: Promote and sell services across different locations or service types to expand the client's footprint within the company's network.
· Customized Proposals: Create and present tailored offers and promotions to encourage client expansion and increase revenue from existing accounts.
· Sales Target Achievement: Drive revenue growth and contribute directly to the company's financial targets by successfully closing additional business
