IT Operations Management
· Manage IT function performance and efficiency on day-to-day basis and nurture performance-oriented and customer-service culture and mindset amongst all IT staff.
· Set priorities for maintenance, design, development and analysis of entire infrastructure systems in line with the business needs and priorities with a prime focus on ERP system implementation and seamless functionality with the project management mindset.
· Plan and implement management information and reporting systems through cost-effective IT solutions, business processes re-engineering, forward-looking models and initiatives that provide insight into the organization’s efficiency and performance-driven operations.
· Design and implement IT Staff competency/capability development program to enhance efficiencies and improve individual and overall function performance.
· Ensure all systems and software applications within Diom are functioning smoothly to support all business operations.
· Plan and implement integration of new applications which would streamline business operations and add value to different workstreams within the organization.
· Review and oversee IT infrastructure functionality ensuring Diom’s IT infrastructure capacity attains current and future needs and challenges.
· Conduct revision and analyzation of IT operations and systems, hardware configurations, physical/virtual security on a frequent basis.
· Manage Diom IT Helpdesk that addresses and resolves all end-user issues in a timely and professional manner through Ticketing System.
· Promote and develop customer service and satisfaction mindset amongst Helpdesk team to troubleshoot all IT related queries from all internal end-users and provide maintenance and high-quality support within minimum of downtime and fast resolution of problems.
ERP Management
· Lead and drive Odoo ERP implementation ensuring all best-in-class standards are met with proper data backup and system migration.
· Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and optimum utilization of ERP system that enhance efficiencies, save time and costs in business operations.
· Maintain good working relationship with ERP partner ensuring all ERP related updates and configurations are accomplished in a proactive manner.
· Provide support, guidance, demonstrations and training to the Diom staff related to ERP system as and when required.
· Creating and maintaining reports and dashboards in Odoo ERP system.
